With the coming age of Artificial Intelligence, and specifically Generative AI (GenAI), it has become increasingly valuable to content creators but also a risk. Therefore, it is important to share how I use AI/GenAI to create the content I publish in the form of this Authenticity Statement.
Use of AI/GenAI
I regularly use paid versions of tools such as ChatGPT and custom GPTs I created such as Aria, Perplexity, Claude, Grammarly, Descript, and others to research, draft, and craft content (text, images, audio, video). While content created by these tools may be published as part of a final piece, I do not take 100% of content created by a GenAI LLM or other AI/GenAI engine to share as my own. I craft the prompts and intent and validate that the POVs are my own.
Citing AI/GenAI
When necessary, I will cite the use of AI/GenAI tools such as images, videos, and content. Many times, that citation will also publish a link to this page. I understand that current GenAI tools were created using copyrighted material, so I will cite as needed when GenAI was used in content creation.
